Starting at 7:00pm
Class instructor Tessarita will provide a 60 min intro to Island dancing techniques, Fat-Burning Movements, followed by 15 minutes of cool down and a peaceful meditation.
Have fun learning the dances of the HAWAIIAN islands, the CARIBBEAN, and the islands of GREECE and TURKEY.
Dance on the beach to fun and upbeat music as you learn how to move your body to beautiful HULA music and other exotic music of the Islands.
Enjoy the peaceful outdoor setting, and sunset on the beach while sculpt every muscle of your body with this amazing cardio and toning method of dancing
GUYS ~ Can meet us there for a walk after!
