Designed for all women, appropriate for all fitness levels.  Routines are led by certified instructors, using fun unusual equipment such as Poles, Chairs and Sexy Dancing along with some Yoga and Pilate moves, yet allowing everyone to move at your own pace. Flirty Girl Fitness classes makes working out so much fun you will actually look forward to it!
