Bayard Cutting Arboretum
Great River Rd & NY-27A (Montauk Hwy) Great River, NY (map)

Approximately a 3 mile walk through the Bayard cutting arboretum while we try
to identify as many of the hundreds of different ducks and birds that habitat
at the Bayard cutting arboretum in the winter months. Click

After our walk, we relax in the cafe inside the house, with a view overlooking the Connetquot River. Enjoy a hot or cold beverage together.

About this place The arboretum development began in 1887. The current
collection of fir, spruce, pine, cypress, hemlock, yew and other trees, is the
most extensive to be found on Long Island. The manor house which was the
former William Bayard Cutting residence, has magnificent fireplaces,
woodworking's, stained glass windows.

SUN 1/9  -ICE SKATING MINGLE ALL  Ages (Children welcome too)

Singles join us for our Ice Skating party at the indoor Ice Skating Center, located in Bethpage Community Park. Meet in Cafe for brief introductions. Then out to the Ice skating session which is open from 4pm-6pm. (If you arrive late- someone will be in the community room to greet you.) Everyone (Single Adults and kids) in our group will be wearing a RED ribbon pin to know who is in our group. Feel free to take breaks in our reserved community room.
After Ice Skating, we will all meet again at 5:30pm in the Community Room for Music / Mingle with Pizza, Soda, Hot Chocolate, Coffee/Tea and Desserts/Fruit provided.

Don't Ice Skate? No problem... arrive at 5:30pm join us in the community room for our mingle!
OR don't have your children this weekend? Skate with us, and meet everyone at 5:30 for our skating party
