PROOF of age at SPEED-DATING events... What's your take?
I recently posted this on my web site about "proof of age"
Would love to hear from you on what your thoughts are about this practice!
Do you check (proof) for ages before the event?
I do not "proof" your age at the door of the event. It is my own personal belief- that this is embarrassing and not necessary for this type of event. My events are fun, friendly and social. I trust someone will not lie to me when they are asked their age when they register. Anyone that does lie about their age, is only "cheating" themselves. No one wants to start a relationship based on a lie. If you do misrepresented your correct age, and this is brought to my attention by the participants, you will only be allowed to attend the next event that is appropriate for your age. This rule applies to BOTH men and women.
